Waterview Marketplace Gets a Shake Shack in Parsippany, NJ

Shake Shack will occupy a 3,500-square-foot pad at Waterview Marketplace, a 16-acre shopping center now under construction in Parsippany, NJ.

“Shake Shack is sure to bring great energy to Waterview Marketplace and provide a community-gathering space for local residents and employees to eat and hangout,” said Richard Birdoff, president of RD Management, which is developing the center with JMF Properties and Ripco Real Estate Corp.

The 150,000-square-foot property is scheduled to open in late 2018.
