Waterton Expands Chicago Team with VP of Investor Relations

Waterton has hired Stella Pappas as a VP of investor relations on the firm’s Chicago-based investor relations team. The 15-year veteran of real estate investment and asset management was formerly a capital markets director at HFF.

Prior to HFF, Pappas worked for Allstate Investments and Tremont Realty Capital, where she was involved with sourcing, structuring, and investing in assets both in fund format and direct joint ventures. During her career, she arranged more than $2 billion in equity and debt transactions.

Pappas called her new role at Waterton “a natural extension given my previous experience in sourcing and managing real estate investments and relationships.” She added, “I believe the firm’s focus on employee wellness and its highly-experienced team will give me all the tools I need to be successful in this exciting new role.”

Connect Chicago Fall 2019 will take place Oct. 29 in Chicago. For more information, or to register, click here.
