Warehouse at 14333 Sommermeyer Sells to Construction Firm

Vallourec Tube Alloy LLC sold a 54,750-square-foot warehouse on Houston’s northwest side to construction company H&B Development and Construction LP. The property at 14333 Sommermeyer sold for an undisclosed amount. The Harris Central Appraisal District valued the property at $3.7 million.

NAI Partners’ Nick Peterson, John Ferruzzo and Ryan Searle represented the seller. Vallourec, headquartered in France, is a manufacturer and distributor of tubing and casing accessories. Nathan Gaines of Clark Gaines Properties was on hand for the buyer.

The Class B warehouse delivered in 1998, with Vallourec owning it since 2013.
