Want a Suburban Building? ITT Tech Campuses for Sale

Buildings that once contained ITT Technical Institutes’ classrooms and labs are on the market. The move comes a few weeks after the for-profit institution abruptly shuttered its nationwide campuses and filed for bankruptcy.

A&G Realty Partners has been retained to sell the real estate. The buildings range from 20,000 square feet-59,000 square feet, and are located in suburban submarkets of multiple states including California, Florida, Illinois and Texas.

Experts note that, while finding buyers for suburban office or school campuses was a challenge at one point, things have changed in some markets. Companies with call centers and customer support services might be attracted to the assets, as might be e-commerce companies looking to boost “last mile” efforts.
