W20 Leases 25K SF at Park Avenue at Morris County

W2O, a leading marketing and communications firm, has leased 25,000-square-feet at Park Avenue at Morris County, an office complex at 100 Campus Drive in Florham Park, NJ.

Jeffrey L. Heller of Avison Young, along with Justin F. Dziama, represented W2O in the transaction. Avison Young’s William E. McCaffrey represented the landlord, KBS.
