Voit Closes $50M in O.C. Industrial Deals

Voit Real Estate Services has been very busy lately doing industrial deals in Orange County.

The Santa Ana-based firm has closed nine transactions totaling $50 million the last two months in the OC. Deals were closed in Anaheim, Buena Park, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Santa Ana, and Westminster, involving various buyers and sellers.

And don’t expect local industrial transaction activity to slow down any time soon, according to Trent Walker, a Voit executive vice president and board member. Walker says that the coming year will continue strong, as the pace of industrial activity continues to increase.
