Voit Acquires 73K-SF Progressive U.S. 60 Commerce Center

The Voit Co. acquired Progressive U.S. 60 Commerce Center, a 73,178-square-foot, Class A industrial building in Gilbert, AZ. The buyer paid $10 million to Abington Emerson for ownership rights to the property, which is 100% leased to Progressive Insurance and Phoenix Logistics.

Phil Haenel and Will Strong with Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the transaction. The facility is situated on 5.2 acres at 1405 N. Fiesta Blvd.

“This best-in-class asset is a timeless and functional real estate and makes an outstanding addition to Voit Company’s investment portfolio,” Haenel said. “We’re thankful for the partnership with Abington Emerson, and excited to assist the Voit Company in building their portfolio in the Arizona submarket.”
