Vivo Living Aims to Reduce Traffic, Waste and Sprawl
Vivo Living has expanded to New Braunfels as part of its effort to convert low-demand hotels into boutique efficiency apartment complexes throughout the country. The new Vivo property is located at 1051 IH 35 East with 140 units.
Vivo apartments are offered furnished or unfurnished and include unique hotel amenities (free WiFi, lounge areas, pool, gym, etc.). And with flexible pricing, Vivo apartments are offered in the low-to-mid- price range but retain a luxury living experience.
“Vivo aims to reduce traffic, waste and sprawl by carefully selecting each location to be in physical proximity to shopping, markets, entertainment and other necessities. We are reusing buildings versus
building ground-up. Adaptive reuse is the most environmentally friendly way of developing. We are basically a building recycling company,” notes Dan Norville, founder and CEO of Vivo Living.
Vivo also uses green initiatives and sustainable systems with a triple bottom line philosophy to minimize its environmental footprint. With existing locations in Arizona, Indiana, North Carolina and Utah, Torrance, CA-based Vivo continues to expand nationwide since its founding last year.
