Vital Heart & Vein Center Construction Underway

Archway Properties is busy developing a 65,550-square-foot, three-story medical office building for Vital Heart & Vein. The building, which is scheduled to open in fall 2018, is in the 111-acre Park Air 59, a mixed-use development in Humble, TX.

The building, which will be off U.S. 59/Interstate 69 and north of Will Clayton Parkway, is situated on a little more than 4 acres. Vital Heart & Vein, a cardiology group, will occupy all three floors of the facility. The building will offer an ambulatory surgical center, imaging center and cardiology clinic.

Park Air 59, situated 15 miles north of downtown Houston, offers build-to-suit and design-build services of up to 677,000 square feet on 39 acres.
