Virginia Office Property Trades for $47M

Innovatus Capital Partners has acquired two office buildings near the One Loudoun mixed-use development in Ashburn, VA. The sales price was reported as $46.5 million.

Located at 20130 and 20135 Lakeview Center Plaza, the two buildings total 204,000 square feet and are currently 96% leased. The current tenant roster includes Abich Financial Services, Electronic Transaction Systems, Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions, New World Title & Escrow and Vantage Construction Corp.

The buildings were constructed in 2009, and are part of the Lakeview at University Center 60-acre mixed-use campus. The campus also includes a 130-room SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel.

Jud Ryan of NKF represented the seller, MRP Realty, in the transaction.
