Vinci Partners’ First U.S. Project Takes Italian Design Approach

Connect Apartments is coming up on June 26th in Los Angeles. Here’s a link to find out more about the conference and to register.

287/LES, the first U.S. residential project for Vinci US Real Estate and Manhattan-based development firm Hogg Holdings, will now benefit from a partnership with Italian design furnishings company B&B Italia. The Italian design furnishings company will curate the lobby and rooftop terrace of the 27-unit condominium development at 287 E. Houston St.

“B&B Italia’s brand is distinguished by an unrivaled blend of creativity and innovation, with premium quality furnishings designed to enhance indoor and outdoor areas, as evidenced by its receiving four Compasso D‘Oro prizes, one of the most prestigious honors in the field of Italian industrial design,” said Vinci Partners’ Jose Antonio Grabowsky.

The B&B partnership is an extension of 287/LES’ Italian-inspired design. The project was designed by AA STUDIO, a global design firm led by Aldo Andreoli, and the residences feature Italian floor-to-ceiling windows, custom Italian cabinetry by Alta, Carrara marble countertops and Bianco Dolomiti marble tile walls.
