VillaSport Athletic Lease to Kick Off Phase II Retail
VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa inked a lease that will kick off Phase II of Stableside at Falcon Landing in Katy, TX. The tenant signed the contract with the retail center’s owner and developer, NewQuest Properties. Construction will start on the 90,000-square-foot athletic club and spa in summer 2018.
The lease was brokered by NewQuest’s Austin Alvis and Brad Elmore, while Jason Baker and Lunden McGill of Baker/Katz represented VillaSport. The athletic club and spa will be adjacent to a 102,473-square-foot Kroger Signature store, which is Stableside’s phase I anchor.
The 270,000-square-foot Stableside at Falcon Landing is situated on 34.4 acres at Gaston Road and Falcon Landing Boulevard, in the heart of master-planned communities Cinco Ranch, Silver Ranch and Monterrey at Willow Bend. Stableside’s second phase is focused on destination tenants. The first phase, completed in late 2016, delivered basic retail needs and is 100% leased.
