Village on the Green Tenants Ink Lease Expansions

Mattison Avenue Salon Suites & Spa and coworking operator VentureX inked updated leases at Village on the Green, a 93,000-square-foot mixed-use development at 5301 Alpha Rd., across from the Galleria in North Dallas. CBRE’s Dan Shoevlin, Claire Galpern, Jackie Marshall and Jackie Smith represented landlord, Entrada Partners, in the lease negotiations.

Mattison Avenue Salon Suites, represented by Leon Capital’s Tucker Gagen, recently acquired Iconic Salon Suites, an existing tenant at the property. Mattison renewed Iconic’s 7,500-square-foot lease, and added an additional 2,620 square feet. Meanwhile, VentureX expanded its current lease to 22,126 square feet. Tarisa Casper Tibbit and Rosanna Hudson with NuStar Real Estate negotiated on behalf of the tenant.
