Village at Westfield Topanga Debuts Next Week

The Village at Westfield Topanga, an open-air retail center adjacent to the Westfield Topanga mall in Woodland Hills, opens September 18.

Anchoring the new complex is Costco, REI, Crate & Barrel, 24–Hour Fitness and Burke Williams. There will be 16 restaurants, including Tender Greens and XOC Mex Cuisine. Village at Westfield Topanga will feature several fashion and home goods retailers, from Kate Hudson’s Fabletics to Sur La Table. Several fitness stores will also open there, such as Flywheel and YogaWorks.

The Village at Westfield Topanga, in conjunction with the mall, will have about 300 stores and restaurants. Officials expect annual sales to top $1.3 billion.
