Victorville Target Closing

Target has announced the closure of 13 stores nationwide, including one in Victorville. The closings will begin early next year.

Target, based in Minneapolis, has had issues with a major credit-card breach two years ago, as well as failed expansion plans into Canada. Officials say the closings are related to individual store performances, as opposed to the entire company’s financial situation.

Target has about 1,800 stores nationwide.
