Veteran Brokerage Team Joins Kidder Mathews’ San Diego Office

Commercial brokerage team, Robert Black and Sean McNee, joined Kidder Mathews’ San Diego office as senior vice presidents in the firm. The pair specialize in seniors housing and healthcare investment sales nationwide, and previously served at NKF.

Kidder Mathews’ Southwest regional president of brokerage Mark Read says, “We are thrilled to have Sean and Robert join us and bring their expertise in seniors housing to Kidder Mathews. Seniors housing is a great addition to our specialty investment capabilities which also includes religious and educational facilities, manufactured housing and RV parks, hospitality, and net leased properties.”

Together, they have more than three decades of experience in the CRE sector. That includes involvement in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of in excess of $3 billion worth of total consideration in seniors housing and healthcare properties.

Black (pictured above left) and McNee (on right) will be part of the national seniors housing services platform at Kidder Mathews, with global responsibility for overseeing it. They will work to establish best practices in senior care real estate, while leading the national and global senior care team and, on a select basis, assisting clients in establishing comprehensive real estate strategies.

The Connect Apartments Conference will take place this week (June 20) in Los Angeles. For more information, or to register, click here.
