Venture X Hangs Shingle at Offices at The Realm

Co-working company Venture X is setting up a presence in Lewisville TX, taking down 30,000 square feet at the 235,000-square-foot Offices at The Realm. The tenant’s space will encompass the entire third floor of the suburban Dallas office building, at 4400 SH 121, with a grand opening planned in early 2020.

Lincoln Property Co. represented Bright Realty, the developer, in leasing the office space. Sarah Savage, Ryan Hoopes and Tom Sutherland of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Venture X franchisee Ese Aihie said the appeal of the office space included a mixed-use component, advanced technology and proximity to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

Offices at The Realm is the first phase of The Realm at Castle Hills, a 324-acre, mixed-use lifestyle destination that includes office, dining, retail, entertainment and multifamily developments.
