Varun Pathria In as CEO of AssetAvenue, Manshoory Shifts to Prez
Top management changes are underway at AssetAvenue, a commercial real estate tech firm based in Los Angeles and a leading online lender for real estate investment properties.
Varun Pathria is now the chief executive officer, a promotion from chief investment officer, while David Manshoory, a co-founder of the firm who formerly held that position, is switching to the role of president.
Manshoory is a speaker at Connect Media’s upcoming Connect West Los Angeles conference.
Manshoory said that Pathria was given the new title because of his ability to secure capital for AssetAvenue. What followed was development of credit guidelines, mortgage processes and procedures, and AssetAvenue’s asset-management infrastructure.
Pathria, along with AssetAvenue’s other co-founder, Kevin Arrabaca, were former executives at Colony Capital.
