VanTrust Begins 806,000 SF of Vegas Spec Space
VanTrust Real Estate has launched construction on phase one of a spec industrial project at Interstate 15 and Lamb Boulevard in northeast Las Vegas. The first buildings to go north at the 120-acre Northgate Distribution Center are a 247,750-square-foot warehouse, and 558,000-square-foot distribution facility.
The project’s first phase is scheduled for completion late this year, and will be the largest local spec space built in the current economic cycle.
Depending on the speed of lease-up, future phases could total an additional 1.2 million square feet, according to Garrett Toft with CBRE in Las Vegas, who is handling leasing for Northgate Distribution.
