Vantage Properties Sells 738K-SF Inwood Trade Center to Hines

Vantage Properties concluded its seven-year hold on the Inwood Trade Center, a 14-building, 738,190-square-foot, infill business park northwest of downtown Dallas, in the North Trinity submarket. The Dallas seller shook hands with buyer Hines of Houston for the 38-acre property at 1325-1335 Inwood Rd.

The new owner is planning to renovate and reposition the property into “a modern last-mile logistics, showroom and creative retail center, accommodating a wide variety of users,” said Hines’ Connor Tamlyn. Hines will manage the project, and has engaged Holt Lunsford for leasing and Omniplan to masterplan the repositioning.

The buildings, completed between 1961 and 1978, are 98% leased to almost 70 tenants. The base consists of last-mile distribution users and showroom retailers. Hines plans to refresh the building facades, signage, lighting and landscaping at the park.
