Vanbarton Group Inks Quartet of Leases at 31 Penn Plaza

Vanbarton Group completed four long-term leases, totaling 117,795 square feet, at 31 Penn Plaza, located at 132 W. 31st St. in Midtown South. The landlord was represented in all four deals by JLL’s Mitchell Konsker, Matthew Astrachan and Adam Haber.

Flexible workspace provider Spaces signed a 15-year lease for 83,840 square feet, including a dedicated entrance and private elevators. JLL’s Jim Wenk, Brannan Moss and Kirill Azovtsev represented Spaces.

Capsule inked a six-year lease for 20,726 square feet, relocating from 127 W. 26th St. Capsule was represented by Savills Studley’s Gabe Marans and Justin Greenstone.

The Credit Junction completed a three-year lease to expand its current space to 14,525 square feet. The lending platform was represented by NKF’s Robin Fisher and Justin Pollner.

Revtrax signed a five-year lease for 6,523 square feet, relocating within the building, which recently underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation. The tenant was represented by CBRE’s Jason Frazier.
