Van Beest USA Inks Deal at Boulevard Oaks Business Park

Van Beest USA came to an agreement with Hines to take space at the Boulevard Oaks Business Park in southwest Houston. The 29,291-square-foot space at 5615 W. Fuqua will be the U.S. headquarters for the tenant, which supplies accessories for lifting-chain and steel-wire rope.

JLL’s Ryan Fuselier and Geoff Perrott represented the tenant in the lease negotiation. Cushman & Wakefield’s Allison Bergman, Beau Kaleel and Jim Foreman represented Hines.

“Identifying and securing the right logistics center to accommodate Van Beest’s long-term strategy was critical in our search,” Fuselier said. “Boulevard Oaks delivers terrific accessibility not only from a logistical standpoint thanks to the nearby thoroughfares, but also to the deep, specialized labor pool nearby.”
