Valley & Bloom Almost Full in Montclair, NJ

Construction has just finished at Valley & Bloom, and the retail space is filling up quickly. CycleBar, the popular indoor cycling franchise, has leased 2,498 square feet at Valley & Bloom in Montclair, NJ.

The two-story building mixes retail with 258 new apartments and 20,000 square feet of office space next to a Marriott MC Hotel under construction and a train station. Mixed-use projects like these are increasingly attractive in New Jersey.

“Valley & Bloom provides a benchmark example, with attractive, rapidly evolving mix of restaurant, fitness, personal care and service tenants,” said Nancy Erickson, executive managing director for Colliers International, exclusive agent to the 20,000 square-foot retail component of Valley & Bloom.

Only two retail units, totaling roughly 4,000 square feet, are still available. Other tenants include.
– Al Sogno Italian Bistro (3,565 square feet)
– Clifton Savings Bank (2,404 square feet)
– Amazing Lash Studio (1,441 square feet)
– Pure Barre (1,717 square feet)
– Waxing the City (1,977 square feet)
– AT&T (1,800 square feet).

Two units – of 2,130 and 2,384 square feet – remain available.
