VAHLE Inc. Looking Forward to New HQ

VAHLE Inc., a manufacturer of mobile electrification products, has broken ground on a U.S. headquarters at West Ten Business Park in Katy, TX, on the Houston metro’s far west side. The 40,000-square-foot office building and warehouse will aid in the distribution of VAHLE’s services throughout the United States and Mexico. VAHLE currently operates at 1169 Brittmoore Rd. in Houston.

The $7.7-million project is expected to be completed in Fall 2018. The family owned company expects to expand its personnel base and hire people in the areas of logistics and sales. Acosta Architecture LLC is the designer. Contractors, Managers and Technologists Inc. is the general contractor.

John Simons and Holden Rushing with NAI Partners represented Parkside Capital, the seller and developer of the 470-acre master-planned business park on Interstate 10 and Cane Island Parkway. Will Condrey of Cushman & Wakefield represented VAHLE in the land sale.
