USAA Acquires Arlington, Virginia Office Tower for $153M

JLL arranged the sale and financing of One Liberty Center, a 319,327-square-foot office tower in Arlington. The sales price was reported as $153 million.

Located at 875 North Randolph St., the property is within the Liberty Square master-planned mixed-use development that will deliver more than 500,000 square feet of retail and entertainment options, as well as more than 2,000 new residential units to the area. The 13-story property is currently 99% leased to the U.S. Government.

Jim Meisel, Andrew Weir, Matthew Nicholson, David Baker and Stephen Conley of JLL represented the seller, Carr Properties, in the transaction. Additionally, Cary Abod and Rob Carey of JLL secured financing on behalf of the buyer, USAA Real Estate, through lender Northwestern Mutual.
