Urban Innovations Adds Two VPs

William Noonan has joined Urban Innovations as VP of property management. The Chicago-based firm has also hired another VP: Ramiro Trevino, who joins as VP of construction management.

Noonan (pictured) brings diverse experience ranging from building renovations to property accounting. He previously served as VP and GM of the Chicago Merchandise Mart, where he played a key role in reinvigorating and upgrading the landmark property. His prior roles include VP and GM of the Chicago Apparel Center, and GM of 33 North Dearborn.

Trevino will oversee all construction activities for Urban Innovations and its investment management affiliate, North Wells Capital LLC. He brings more than a decade of experience in construction management, most recently as project manager at Skender Construction in Chicago. Before that, he served as project engineer for Bowen Construction Company in Indianapolis and as an architectural associate at GHK in Chicago.
