Upper Midscale Hotel Changes Hands in Geneva

Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of Comfort Inn & Suites, a 90-room hospitality property in Geneva, IL. The 90-key, three-story, upper midscale hotel was built in 2000 and sold for $6,275,000.

Ebrahim Valliani, Michael Klar and Scott D. Harris of Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, Allan Miller of the Austin office and Chris Gomes of the Dallas exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller. Valliani, Klar, Miller and Gomes also represented the buyer.

The Geneva Comfort Inn & Suites is the second such property that Marcus & Millichap sold in the region in the past week, following the disposition of a property in Fond du Lac, WI. The Geneva property is located at 1555 E. Fabyan Pkwy., across from Aldi headquarters, 40 miles from Downtown Chicago and 11 miles from O’Hare International Airport.
