United Technologies Division Relocates to San Dimas
Hamilton Sundstrand, a division of United Technologies Corporation, signed a 79,036-square-foot office lease in San Dimas, CA. The more than 10-year lease transaction is for the entire building owned by Walton Street Capital and Stillwater Investment Group.
The property at 936-960 Overland Court is part of a two-building, high-image office campus totaling approximately 177,000 square feet. Walton Street and Stillwater Investment Group purchased the project in February 2015 for $18 million.
Stillwater Investment Group’s John Drachman says, “After completing an exhaustive repositioning of the project, we are excited that United Technologies has decided to sign a long-term lease with us.”
The tenant, which is relocating from Pomona because its existing building has been entitled for multifamily, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Erik Larson, John Minervini, Robin Dodson, Christopher Tolles and Paul Sims. NKF’s Drew Sanden, Taylor Ing, and Scott Maples represented the landlord.
