United Properties Hires Development Manager for Austin

Brenda Studt will join United Properties – Austin as development manager, effective Aug. 31. Studt is the first of several hires planned since the company opened a development office in Austin earlier this year.

“Brenda is a proven leader who inspires and motivates others toward success through humility and positivity,” said Josh Delk, SVP of Austin commercial development for United Properties. “Her exceptional relationship building and project management skills, along with her construction knowledge, make her a great addition to our growing team in Austin. I have no doubt she will leave a lasting impact on our success in this new market.”

Studt, who will relocate to Austin to take on her new role, has more than 15 years’ commercial real estate business development and marketing experience. Most recently, she served as SVP/creative director at Excelsior Creative, an affiliate of The Excelsior Group, overseeing all agency operations.
