United Launch Alliance Stays Put at Panorama Corporate Center in CO, Renews 250K SF

United Launch Alliance (ULA) opted to renew its 350,000-square-foot lease at Panorama Corporate Center in Englewood, CO. The launch service provider, which had been at the 780,649-square-foot office tower since 2011, shook hands with landlord EverWest Real Estate Partners on the deal.

Rick Schuham, Todd Roebken and Aaron Hafliger with Savills represented the tenant in the lease renewal. As part of the new agreement, ULA will continue to occupy the entirety of 9501 E. Panorama Circle and 7630 South Chester St. The lease commences December 2021, and includes short-term and long-term expansion and contraction options.

“ULA required flexibility in its office space and laboratories to support its current manifest of missions, as well as development of its next-generation Vulcan Centaur rocket and its transition to recurring operations,” Schuham said. He added that the tenant had searched throughout the greater Denver metro market before deciding to renew.
