Ulrich Barn Builders Secures HQ Space at Pier 1 Imports Building

Ulrich Barn Builders sublet 22,930 square feet at Fort Worth’s Pier 1 Imports Building at 100 Pier 1 Place for its headquarters. The storage shed and backyard structure manufacturing company is currently in Cleburne, TX, 30 miles south of downtown Fort Worth.

JLL’s Cannon Camp and Jamie Galati secured the office lease on behalf of Ulrich Barn Builders. Todd Burnette and Pat McDowell, also with JLL, represented Pier 1 in the sublease.

In addition to sheds, Ulrich builds and sells playhouses, cabin shells and finished log cabins and tiny homes. “We chose Fort Worth as our nationwide headquarters as we felt it fit us as a company and also provided a thriving work force pool to accommodate growth in our Internet Shed Sales and Rent to Own divisions,” said the company’s Jonathan Ulrich. “With growth both organically in Texas and recent acquisitions in California, Virginia and more in process, access to strong talent was high priority.”
