UCSF Moving Offices to 128K SF on the Embarcadero

University of California, San Francisco is moving its Human Resources and Alumni Relations divisions to new offices at 2 North Point St. on the Embarcadero, at a location directly across from the Aquarium of the Bay. The school is departing current financial district offices for the new digs.

According to reporting from the San Francisco Business Times, the move-in date is expected for August this year, with September for final occupancy. The 128,000-square-foot, three story property is currently under construction for seismic retrofits, utility and building system upgrades and interior improvements.

UCSF was gifted the property, operating on a long-term ground lease from the Port of San Francisco, in June 2019, and has been focused on property and improvements for occupancy since that time.
