Two Trees Bringing Roberta’s to Domino Sugar MXU

As part of Two Trees Management’s redevelopment of the former Domino Sugar Factory in Williamsburg, renowned Brooklyn pizzeria Roberta’s will open its second location across from the project’s Domino Park. The 2,292-square-foot restaurant at Two Trees’ 260 Kent Ave. is expected to open in the fall of 2019.

“Roberta’s is one of the most coveted tables in the city, and we cannot wait to welcome their talented team to 260 Kent, in the heart of the Domino site and just steps from Domino Park,” said Jed Walentas, Two Trees principal.

“As part of our masterplan for the Domino site, we are committed to partnering with local retailers and food purveyors, like Roberta’s, who will contribute in creating an authentic neighborhood experience on the Williamsburg waterfront.”

Bonnie Campbell and Bridget McCrum of Two Trees provided in-house representation in leasing negotiations. Lee & Associates’ Jaime Schultz and Jeffrey Lopez represented the tenant.
