Two Tenants Ink 1M-SF Near Port of Houston

Dunavant and Floor & Décor Outlets of America Inc. have combined to lease more than one million square feet at the Bay Area Business Park in Pasadena, TX, near the Port of Houston.

Floor & Décor leased 480,480 sf in the business park’s first phase, which delivered in 2009. Dunavant, a logistics and supply chain company, pre-leased 565,760 sf in the park’s second phase, which is anticipated for completion in September.

Bay Area Business Park, located at Red Bluff Road and Bay Area Boulevard, is owned by Principal Real Estate Investors. Stream Realty Partners, the property’s developer and manager, represented the owner in the transaction.
