Two Parcels Trade at San Bernardino’s University Town Center
Progressive Real Estate Partners completed the sale of two retail parcels at University Town Center in San Bernardino, CA for a combined total of $3.7 million. The 107,000 square-foot center is anchored by Ralphs and a recently opened LA Fitness.
The deals include:
– a single tenant pad building built in 2007 at 4304 University Pkwy. Jiffy Lube is the original lessee of the 2,173-square-foot building that was purchased by a private Temecula, CA-based investor for $1.78 million in an all cash 1031 exchange transaction.
– a multi-tenant shop building at 4414 University Pkwy. that is 100% leased to Subway, Little Caesars and Liquid Tea Bar. The property was acquired for $1.98 million by a private Walnut, CA-based investor.
Progressive Real Estate Partners’ Mike Lin and Maggie Gonzalez represented the seller, a private investor based in Norwalk, CA in both transactions.
