Two Full-Floor Deals Bring 7 Bryant Park Closer to Full Occupancy

Newly-built 7 Bryant Park has come closer to full occupancy with a pair of full-floor leases arranged by CBRE. Investment management firm Orion Resource Partners is relocating from 1211 Ave. of the Americas to the Hines-built boutique office property, while Whittle School & Studios, a new global school set to open two locations next year, is taking 13,891 square feet for its first New York City office.

The CBRE team of Jason Pollen, Silvio Petriello and Ben Friedland represented Orion Resource in negotiations, while their CBRE colleagues Ben Fastenberg, David Maurer-Hollaender and Cara Chayet acted on behalf of Whittle School. Ownership was represented by CBRE’s Mary Ann Tighe, Howard Fiddle, Evan Haskell, Clyde Reetz, Evan Fiddle and Adele Huang.

Thanks to its “trophy-like design esthetic” and views of Bryant Park from every floor, 7 Bryant Park has been “extremely well received by the tenant community,” said Fiddle.
