Truss Expands AI-Driven Platform to Industrial Space

Connect Industrial is coming up on July 11 in Chicago. Here’s a link for more information about the conference and to register.

Truss will reportedly expand its AI-enabled technology to industrial real estate, with the initial rollout to its native Chicago as well as Dallas. The platform will enable potential customers to search through some 45 million square feet of industrial space.

“It’s been long discussed that technology will transform the industrial real estate industry, and we’re now at that point,” said Bobby Goodman, co-founder of Truss. “We’re the first to offer price transparency for industrial, and in turn, we’re seeing increased efficiency and opportunities for both tenants and landlords.”

The platform already provides similar capabilities in finding office and retail space. It uses AI to review and compare users’ options in the market. Initial interest in Truss’ space include customers who are looking for commercial kitchen space and ecommerce storage, the company said.
