TRU Office Advisors Acquired by Transwestern

In an effort to expand its occupier services in the Chicago area, Transwestern acquired TRU Office Advisors LLC, a tenant advisory firm that has represented corporate office users in Chicago and throughout the United States. TRU founders Dave Wilson and Ryan Foran will join Transwestern as Executive Vice Presidents, and Wilson will sit on the firm’s Chicago Advisory Board.

“We are continuously looking for opportunities to strategically expand our presence in the Chicago market, and the addition of TRU Office Advisors enables us to grow our footprint while elevating the level of service provided to clients,” said Mike Watts, Transwestern’s Midwest President. “Dave and Ryan have earned solid reputations in the market as industry leaders, and bring a deep set of skills that will add significant value to our existing Tenant Advisory Services offering.”
