Triten Real Estate Unloads Intrepid Business Park
Triten Real Estate Partners sold the 270,750-square-foot, two-building Intrepid Business Park, a Class A, industrial property in Houston’s northwest market. The asset sold to a Midwest-based institutional/life company buyer, with the sales price undisclosed.
Situated on 17 acres at 5737-5747 Brittmoore Rd., Intrepid Business Park delivered in 2014-2015, and is 70% occupied. The average remaining lease term is 8.7 years. Though FedEx Ground is relocating from the 122,500-square-foot Building 1 to relocate to a new distribution center, DXP Enterprises has already spoken for 70,165 square feet of the space.
HFF’s Trent Agnew, Rusty Tamlyn and Dane Petersen represented the seller, which is headquartered in Houston.
