Trio of Colton Industrial Properties Sold
Black Creek Group acquired three adjacent industrial warehouses, totaling 743,381 square feet, in Colton, CA from an unnamed national REIT. The portfolio consists of a 121,196-square-foot property located at 2036 Miguel Bustamante Parkway, a 174,995-square-foot property located at 2053 Miguel Bustamante Parkway, and a 447,190-square-foot property at 2163 South Riverside Ave. (pictured above).
One of the buildings was rapidly leased to Mattress Firm, while the other two properties are currently in lease negotiations.
DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services’ Ken Andersen directed the sale with Rick John, as well as CBRE’s Barbara Emmons Perrier and Darla Longo on behalf of both the buyer and seller.
Although the purchase price was undisclosed, Andersen says “This sale, which was one of the largest single real estate transactions in the Inland Empire over the past 12 months, proved to be a win-win for both of our clients.”
