Trepp’s DiCola Named CREFC Chair for the Second Time

Annemarie DiCola (pictured), CEO of analytics firm Trepp LLC, has been named chair of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council’s executive committee for 2018-2019. This is the second term as CREFC chairperson for DiCola, who served previously during 2000-2001.

DiCola is a founding member of the council, and has been actively involved in CREFC leadership since its inception. She succeeds outgoing chair Mark Zytko, co-founder of Mesa West Capital.

“We’re extremely excited for Annemarie to lead the Executive Committee and Chair our Board for a second time. She has been and continues to be an instrumental member of our association,” said CREFC executive director Lisa Pendergast. “We’d also like to thank Mark for his invested time, dedication and incredible work. We appreciate what he brings to the association, and are grateful for his leadership on the board and executive committee during the past year.”
