Transwestern Team Leasing Up Cedar Knolls Flex Property

Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) has been retained as the exclusive broker for 45 Horsehill Rd. in Cedar Knolls, NJ. Renamed to Morristown North Commerce Center, the property is a 146,175-square-foot, multi-tenant industrial/flex property.

The TCS team of Lori Zuck, Jeffrey Furey and Matthew McHale is leasing the property on behalf of ownership.

“Morristown North Commerce Center presents a unique space that is ideal for diverse uses, such as life sciences, manufacturing, warehouse and distribution, office, and medical office,” said Zuck. “The property provides the space and flexibility to match the variety of businesses in the region, while being situated in a prime location that will help attract and retain talent.”

Constructed in 1987, Morristown North Commerce Center has 32,997 square feet of office/lab/cleanroom space, and 14,322 square feet of office space available for lease. Current tenants include Niagara, QPharma, Promethod Sports and Fitness, General Electric, Niche Inc. and Myos Corp.
