Transwestern Tapped to Fill Under-Construction Hunter Medical

Kogut Commercial Real Estate and Mittman Real Estate retained Transwestern’s San Antonio office to fill its under-construction Hunter Medical Plaza at 2202 Hunter Rd. in San Marcos, TX. The 26,000-square-foot medical office building is expected to deliver in Q3 2018. Transwestern’s Ken Adams and Licia Shreves are the leasing agents.

Hunter Medical Plaza is 38% pre-leased to MedFirst Primary Care, which is part of the BHS Physicians Network. The remaining 16,000 square feet has shell and customized build-out options, as well as offering plenty of parking for patients and physicians.

Shreves indicated that San Marcos is becoming a primary area for healthcare providers. “This development has already attracted the attention of one of the leading medical providers in the region,” she added.
