Transwestern Tapped for Trophy Buckhead Role in $800M, 3.1M-SF Sumitomo Assignment

Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) has been selected to provide property management services at Atlanta Financial Center in Buckhead. The three-building, 914,774-square-foot office complex is located at 3353 Peachtree Rd. in Atlanta’s Financial District, and was acquired by Sumitomo Corporation of Americas in 2016.

Transwestern was tapped by Sumitomo to manage its entire U.S. portfolio, which includes office assets valued at more than $800 million and totaling 3.1 million square feet in five metropolitan markets.

In addition to Atlanta Financial Center, Transwestern will manage SPS Tower in downtown Minneapolis, 203 N. LaSalle in Chicago’s CBD, Miami Tower in Miami’s CBD, and 450 B St. in downtown San Diego.

In addition to providing investment advisory and asset services, TCS will serve as leasing agent for Atlanta Financial Center, 203 N. LaSalle, Miami Tower, and SPS Tower.
