Transwestern Hires Veterans John Ferruzzo, Nick Peterson to Expand Industrial

Transwestern Commercial Services hired John Ferruzzo SIOR and Nick Peterson SIOR as Executive Managing Director and Managing Director, respectively. The duo is being brought on board to expand Transwestern’s Occupier Solutions and Investment sales services for industrial users and investors throughout the United States.

Ferruzzo and Peterson come to Transwestern from NAI Partners. Ferruzzo was one of NAI Partners’ co-founders, and his 23 years of experience includes closing more than $1.5 billion in transactions, comprising more than 31 million square feet. Peterson had been with NAI Partners since 2012, with a background of more than six million square feet of transactions totaling $400 million in aggregate value.

“John is well-known and respected as one of the top brokers in Houston, and Nick is talented and has become a young leader in the industry,” said Transwestern’s Brian Gammill. “Their client-centric focus, market knowledge and leadership skills will be a tremendous benefit to Transwestern’s unique culture.”
