Transwestern Expands Fort Worth Team by Three

Theron Bryant, Casey Tounget and Brent Landfried have joined Transwestern’s Fort Worth office. Bryant and Tounget, formerly of Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance, are Transwestern’s principal and associate, respectively. Landfried, who takes the title of vice president, was with Mercer Co.

Bryant and Tounget specialize in office landlord representation in Fort Worth, Tarrant County and surrounding markets. Together, they bring more than 28 years of combined North Texas commercial real estate experience. Both graduated from TCU.

Meanwhile, Landfried’s expertise is in the North Texas industrial market, bringing nine years of experience to his position, having led Mercer’s expansion into Fort Worth. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech.
“We’re excited to welcome these talented professionals to our team,” said Transwestern’s Leland Prowse. “Their experience, market knowledge and excellent service approach align with our company’s award-winning culture and dedication, to excel in delivering value to clients.”
