Transwestern Development Adds Ted Staszak to Logistics Group

Transwestern Development Company (TDC) expanded its National Logistics Group, adding Chicago-based Ted Staszak. In his role as VP of development, Staszak will identify and pursue logistics development projects throughout the Midwest.

Staszak has spent the past 22 years as a senior leader in the capital markets divisions at CBRE and NAI Hiffman, where he completed transactions totaling more than $8 billion. He specializes in industrial real estate dispositions, joint venture transactions and capital raising for development.

“Ted’s depth of experience and connections in the capital markets sector from a local, regional, and national perspective well positions him to be successful on the development side of the business,” said John Thomas, leader of TDC’s National Logistics Group. “His perspective and insight on how to make industrial projects attractive to both tenants and investors will be a tremendous asset as we continue to deliver exceptional outcomes for our partners and stakeholders.”
