Transwestern Adds Frankum as Vice President in Atlanta

Transwestern hired Will Frankum as vice president in Atlanta. He joins the Agency Leasing team and will work with Executive Managing Director Greg Frankum and Senior Managing Director Matt Spickard, who spearhead the marketing and leasing of Class A and B office properties throughout Atlanta.

Frankum will focus on prospecting for active deals in the market, executing transactions, and interfacing with the office user, economic development, and brokerage community. Prior to joining Transwestern, Frankum worked as a vice president for JLL on the Multifamily Finance Team.

“We are excited to welcome Will to the Agency Leasing team, and are confident that he will contribute value to the production and execution on transactions for our clients and developing new business,” said Bruce Ford, east region president at Transwestern. “Atlanta’s office market remains robust with steady demand, demonstrated by positive absorption and decreasing vacancy, especially within the urban core and surrounding submarkets. The team’s strategic approach to each asset they serve allows them to exceed client expectations in a competitive market.”
