Trampoline and Adventure Park Comes to Ryders Crossing Shopping Center

A “trampoline and adventure park” should draw new visitors to Ryders Crossing Shopping Center at 396 Ryders Lane in Milltown, NJ. Urban Air Adventure Park has opened a 24,000-square-foot “full-service family entertainment center” at the shopping center.

“We are seeing more and more recreational concepts coming into shopping centers, marking a paradigm shift within the industry,” said Nancy Erickson of Colliers International, which represented Urban Air in the commercial real estate transaction. Steve Winter of CBRE represented property owner Morel Operating Co.

“These tenants are drawing traffic and providing their properties with a blended component that is becoming a ‘retailtainment’ experience for consumers,” said Erickson.
