Trammell Crow-High Street Builds Bay Area MF Practice
The Northern California Business Unit of Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and High Street Residential added Brian Pianca as SVP in its Bay Area multifamily business. He joins from Wood Partners.
Pianca will be responsible for expanding the firm’s residential development in the San Francisco market under the High Street Residential brand, the residential subsidiary of TCC.
TCC and High Street’s Adam Nims says, “Brian has extensive experience in the world of real estate development, with an especially impressive portfolio of multifamily projects that he has delivered in Northern California.”
Over the past decade, Pianca has been responsible for the origination, financing, entitlement, execution and management of $1.2 billion worth of development across 2,500 residential units and 70,000 square feet of retail space. He solidified Woods’ expansion into Northern California and sourced, entitled and executed more than $900 million and 1,800 units of multifamily and mixed-use development in the Bay Area.
